The Methodology

We work step by step with our customers to discover, design, implement, and deliver the right solutions. Our simple process consists of four phases:

1. Discovery Phase: In tight collaboration with our customers we combine the intimate knowledge of their fields with our expertise in technology and science to discover new solutions with truly unique value.
2. Implementation Phase: Our software development process manages risks and optimizes results through the rapid succession of short iterative development cycles with customer involvement and end user feed-back integration.
3. Hand-Off Phase: We offer our customers as much or as little control over support and maintenance of the delivered solution, as required. If desired, we will provide source code, documentation, support, and training.
4. Support Phase: Our commitment to the success of the delivered solution continues. We will advise our customers on the impact of new and emerging technologies or regulatory changes and provide guidance for future directions and enhancements.
